Check-in scheduled from 14:00 to 00:00.
Check-out by 09:30 am.
Late check-out until 17:00 hours (full day is charged).
Free cancellation within 30 days of arrival date.
In case of cancellation beyond this limit, the deposit will be converted to a discount voucher to be used by the end of the following year
Deposit retained in case of no-show without notice.

SERVICES INCLUDED: Consumption of water, electricity, gas - WI-FI zone - Final cleaning - Use of shared laundry room - Private Parking - Promo Code for discount on the Ferry. Air conditioning in all apartments. Heated rooms in the low season months.

SERVICES EXCLUDED: Linen on request at a cost of euro 10,00 per person with weekly change. We ask our clients to request it at least two days before their arrival. Rental includes bath and bed linen and dishcloths.

Pets

Pets are allowed in our Residence only upon request at the time of booking, depending on the apartment that is chosen; however, they can never be left unattended inside the rooms. They may walk within the garden of the Residence on a leash only, and we also recommend that their droppings be collected.
